Here's how it works:

To begin, there is a $350 nonrefundable design fee for all custom orders (subject to change depending on scale of project). This fee is taken upfront to cover any and all design time invested in your project. Once received, we will begin our detailed correspondence about your needs, work on design options to present you and estimate final cost and completion date.

Two rounds of edits are included in the initial design fee. We cannot stress enough how important it is to give us any and all information upfront. At this point, a lot of people ask “what if we get to this far and I change my mind?” No problem! We totally understand that projects can be a fluid process. Additional edits beyond the first two included in initial design fee will be charged at $75 per edit.

Please note that I never really know how long this process will take. Sometimes the design process comes to me quickly and sometimes it takes more work. If you are on a tight deadline please keep this in mind and let us know upfront.

Once we have decided on a design that we are both happy with, we require full payment upfront to begin production on your order!
